I'm interested in possibly the Borla @ 2.75 diameter but I would like to leave the door open to adding a 3 inch downpipe/frontpipe + tuning down the line.
What are the consequences of bringing in a higher volume of air then compressing it into a smaller space? Could the increased pressure cause any problems?
I'm also interested in the Armytrix which seems to run a 2.5 restriction at the midpipe/front pipe connection.
I know conventional wisdom is to maintain a consistent flow from turbo down, but for those of us (me) who may not be able to explore that option, what risks might be present?
Thanks.
