Apparently about 6 months ago, Schomp Honda in Denver began adding a ~$3600 accessory pack to all CTR’s. The say they are an MSRP (on the CTR) and no dealer fee dealer... Salesperson didn’t bother to mention the accessories but did promptly refund my deposit.

As posted above you just have to cancel with the dealer you bought it from. There are a couple of threads here with online warranty pricing.

Andy, at Russell & Smith Honda in Houston, refused to provide a price over the phone and mentioned twice about a 10-15K markup. Asked me what my preferred price is, which I said MSRP, and was basically laughed at. This was for a 2019 PMM that has they have had for many months, according to him. I told him plenty of folks, across the nation, are buying these at MSRP (or lower), and to get with it.

Criswell Honda in Germantown, MD is asking $47,324 for a 2019 Sonic Gray. They originally lied on their website by showing the MSRP price as their competitive "ePrice". When I reached out to them, they bumped it up to $47k. I doubt they'll sell it.

Update: Best deal I could get on this one was 3K over MSRP, not working with Andy Tran. Someone bought this particular CTR yesterday, however.

I bought my 2018 Type-R at Cristwell Honda. They had it listed for MSRP plus $10,000 ADM. I told them I would give them MSRP and zero adm. my sales guy called me the next morning and told me to come and get it for MSRP.

Northside Honda, in San Antonio, TX has the nerve to post $47,230 for their 2 CTR's on Autotrader. Shame

Lol yeah as the msrp increases on these cars so is the markup especially in Southern California. I wonder what the msrp will be like in 2020 added to the markup. It seems like there are a quiet a few used CTRs for sale. One salesman at buena park Honda stated that quiet a few of them are getting repoed and being sold as used certified LOL and have a white 2018 CTR with 5k miles for 35k used LOL. What a joke.

I’m here at Riardon Honda in Burien, WA (outside Seattle) getting service, and they have a white CTR which surprised me. More to the point...CAA2C7A0-1BD4-4E52-B32C-153D5078CD91.jpeg

    That $28,000+ mark-up...

I'm going to prank call them and act like I'm a extremely rich influencer. Tell them I'm heading out there on a business trip and need a car asap. Have them get it out of the showroom, detail it, and have it ready to go....

Hahah, do it. I know they’ll come down on price if negotiated with, but the fact that they are starting so high is offensive.
