I sat in an RS, but i'm 6'6" so the seating position was WAY too high. The seating position in the R is perfect with the seat all the way down.

Klein Honda in Everett, WA has a '19 Sonic Grey Pearl. 5k ADM. 43k sticker price after ADM, "paint protectant," and "KARR." Whatever that is...
KARR is the Knight Automated Roving Robot from Knight industries

Please add Honda of Toms River on the list. They were doing +5k ADM back in late October.

Had a rather unpleasant phone call with the sales rep.
When I made it clear that their ADM was just too high, the sales rep replied several times "I don't understand, this is the pricing for an enthusiast car". I just checked and looks like they still have at least 1 CW in stock.

Hamilton is doing a 1.1k ADM through a care package that they add on. Not as bad as some of the other dealers, but I'm not interested in anything over MSRP.

I can see that. The bottom seat cushion in the RS is very tall with a lot of rake so it takes some playing around to find a good position. I'm only 5'10" and I had read and watched the reviews about the seating position and I didn't find it that big of a deal once I actually drove it.

Tell them Lewisville, Burleson, and Vandergriff have no ADM or at least they didn’t when I was looking.

I’m more than happy to upload my final sale price to provide to Denton if it will help.
Ah, Vandergriff. They currently have 2 '18 CW. Salesperson just emailed me "The Civic Type R is a one of a kind vehicle. Its unique and will sell for the price." That price was $47K+TTL.

They're following the same practice of neighboring Rusty Wallis.

I notice a lot of Honda sales reps that are calling me are introducing themselves as “Type R” specialist. I keep getting hounded by them (keys Honda in LA is an example). One keep asking if I’m still in the market and after in tell I bought mind already she keep asking me what I bought it for and was there anyway things would’ve changed. I just asked her straight up if she can beat MSRP... three seconds silence then said if anything doesn’t work out give her a call.
 hawaii dealers are still around $46K OTD
My FB Marketplace get flooded with this post every week. They repeatedly take it down and repost to get front page views. and its not 46k OTD, its 46k before title, taxes and fees.

Why is this allowed on this forum? Shouldn't posts like this be in sponsored / classified section? So not only dealers are allowed ADM they can bait people for free on civicx.com?

Edit: Word correction.

I spoke with a few dealers trying to get a decent price on a type r around the Los Angeles area, many of them were on tripping. Oxnard had a 2018 white ctr at msrp but they claim to have 9k worth of addons and Puente hills diamond honda offered me 2018 black ctr at 39 plus taxes. I ended finding one in victorville for msrp

Ed Napleton Honda of Oak Lawn in the Chicagoland area is pulling a classic bait and switch at year-end. Advertises $2.5K below MSRP on Cars.com, takes $3.4K over.
