Yeah I got 41.5 OTD (down from 50.5k but I did get stuff for the extra cost. Not that I wanted to pay for extra stuff but I suppose overpriced stuff is better than just empty adm.

For what it's worth (and not a great deal) but I have a verbal commitment from Coconut Point Honda (near Fort Myers FL) for 42k OTD. The price on the car was 37,500 + 899 doc, + 125 (unknown fee), + ttl.

Sport Honda in Silver Spring, MD has a PMM on the showroom floor. I bought my PMM here last December and came in today for the first oil change. They are asking 8k ADM plus $100 for wheel locks, but it’s apparently been here a while. When I got mine, they were asking 10k ADM but I paid 2500 over and got out the door for a little over 39k. Worth a call if you’re looking for PMM in the DC area.

With that kinda of pricing I can see how he affords to take Wednesday and Thursdays off. haha That is just absurd pricing. Like what are they thinking? haha

I love my Type R but for 43-45K i would have gotten something else. Had I been in the the 50+ range which this asking price is I don't think I would have even been inquiring about a Type R as there are far better options in the 50K range to look at. Again I say this owning and Type R and loving every min of it, but lets be honest unless you are 100% true gotta have a Honda car person then we can all agree better options out there in the range some of these crazy dealers are asking.

I think anything 40K and under is a fair/good price for this car. I waiting for MSRP just based on principal and thought I would have buyers remorse paying MSRP, but so far I still feel like I got a fair deal for what I got everyday and it has been over a month. haha

Hang in there 19's are coming and dealers are going to have to move 18's at a lower price than 19's and I don't think they can ask anymore for the 19's than they are for 18's and have any luck selling...
