HKS camber plates

I know the HKS suspension isnt very popular but I splurged on it when a member here was selling a new set for a nice discount. I contacted HKS and asked about camber plates since for $2000+ retail they don't come with them. Here is the info I received back. I thought I'd post this for future reference. i'll save you the time and let you know its $337 + any shipping costs.

We have just heard back from Japan and according to them you will need the following parts with following counts.
