Well this is actually a good idea from HKS .Since they are placing the bov on the intake piping after the bypass valve it will not cause any problems running rich. Most likely the bypass valve and bov will work in tandem.

Why replace the factory bov when this is not needed. If this is a open atmospheric bov it will require a tune as well. Just a waste of money in my opinion.

Factory bypass valves wont last very long from the moment the boost goes above factory settings. That's why aftermarket bpv or Bov use piston types instead of diaphragm type like all OEM use.
Aftermarket bpv also Respond Faster.
For stock Cars with stock boost levels there isn't much need for this besides sound.

Not sure there's much of a benefit to this besides looks. You can get an intake which will provide some performance gain and get your swish noise. Money better spent elsewhere.

No idea if raising the boost really does prematurely wear out your OEM valve but the skeptic in me thinks its a ploy to sell you something you don't need.

Excuse me ignorance in advance, but not I'm not sure if this item works just like the GOFASTBITS DV valve: Does anyone know? Link.

I had it in other vehicle, after some gathered info. it works better than the stock unit at low RPM & it dies earlier at high RPM vs. the stock unit.
