(Help) Rear Coilover is Bouncy After Adjusting Higher

Hey guys, i recently adjusted my coilovers due to the winter and the rear is bouncing like crazy. Its very stiff, my friend can stand and the rear wont budge. What do i adjust?? The dampening or the preload.

You have to readjust your preload in the rear. Anytime you adjust ride height you have to set your rear preload, it’s annoying but you can blow your struts. Here follow this, also check the dampening on my si you have to take the rear wheels off and reach up towards the top hats and there should be a knob <-H S-> make sure your dampening isn’t set fully hard!
