Exterior shape wise, the type r headlights are the same as all the other civics. Those should work fine although I never got the appeal of decreasing light output with tinting headlights

@Donuyen18 the touring headlights are not the same as base headlights so those overlays won’t work.

@TurboBlow I recently let RawVinylWorks use my car to make a template for the non touring headlights. The have the DRL’s cutout like you want. They should have them up on their site soon.

Does it decrease the light output by much at night? I still the stock hallogen bulbs on my headlights

Yes it does, and I’m running LED bulbs. I imagine the output would be worse with the stock halogens.

That's too bad.. any idea aprox what % tint they have available for the front and rear lights?

The base model projectors have a protruding area where the projector is on the housing. Touring headlights are completely flat, but has three tiny areas that protrude where the turn signals are.

The protruding area on the base headlights is where the turn signal is. You can reference my picture above.
