Head Unit doesn’t turn on after dash cam install

Hi, I have a 2018 civic hatch sports.

I hardwired my dash cam to my fuse box yesterday and after that my head unit doesn’t work.

Just wondering if anyone has some insight?

I’m assuming I blew a fuse but I want to see if anyone encountered something similar.

Well I would check the fuse and make sure you didn't tap the wires backwards
