If so, can you post a link to where I can purchase a replacement.

Nothing says road rage like a "meep meep" as you drive by. haha

Just kidding, but the horn on the 2016 Civic is embarrassing!!
Welcome to the forum. There's a DYI guide for the weak horn where there are a few suggstions. I'm keeping an eye on this thread as it is something I would also like to change.

It is designed to create frequencies that cut through other noises on the road, including sirens. I hated the "meep meep" horn on my 09 Japanese made Honda and swapped it out for an Accord one (American Honda) to get the usually "get out of my way" effect. Later I learned that the accord used an additional horn to create a frequency that was apparently missing in my now "louder" horn. So, while I thought it was louder, its debatable whether or not as many people could actually hear it in as many conditions. Just something to consider.

Here' what I'm talking about with the accord. It sounded like a Ford, or whatever.. which is what I wanted! But it was missing part of the audio spectrum apparently:

You can buy twin frequency (high/low) horns from any car parts type place.
So those replace the one horn, with two?

As I understand it, when there is not a design for the two horns like in the pic I posted of the Accord, there is a one horn design used, which always gives off the "meep" sounds instead on a "honk" sound. So unless there is room to mount both of these, then the stock one is safer. It can probably be done. I'm just trying to show the intent and purpose for the "weak sounding" horn as much as anything.

My 2013 Accord had two horn but still sounded weak and definitely in the "meep meep" genre. I replaced them with a horn upgrade kit from College Hills Honda that replaced them both and instantly gave me the watch out sound.

Do we know for sure yet if the Civic has only a single horn?

That's where I got that 09 replacement horn from too, that I was talking about, but for a Fit. Maybe they will offer a similar upgrade. It was a single horn but did not have the meep sound.

Honda horns have always been bad (maybe not as bad as my 2015 Sonata) but...
I've always been tempted to go to a wreckers and buy a horn from an old Caddie .)
Cheers p
