Has anyone changed an Airbag (steering wheel)? Trying to figure out one wire.

I had my Airbag stolen and I'm starting the process of replacing it now. I just got the two clips for the 4 wires on the left and I should be getting an Airbag in the next couple days. I'm just having trouble figuring out what that black wire on the right side (the one that's circled in the pic) is for.

Yeah, but with my deductible it's not worth it. It's actually cheaper for me to replace on my own than my deductible. On top of that, I'm sure it will be a great reason for them to increase my rates next year.
