Graph of instantaneous mpg vs time?

I'm a new 10th gen owner as of October, and one of the things I love about this car is all of the different fuel economy readouts. It's clear that the car is capable of processing lots of useful and interesting data on mpg, both instantaneous and over time.

Are there any apps that can download and store the car's instantaneous fuel economy data so it can be plotted on a graph vs time? Perhaps with respect to power output or throttle engagement?

Sure, but I would be really interested in seeing the actual data that the car collects.

Sounds like something Torque might be able to do. No guarantees but that app does a lot. It's android only though as far as I know.

I just use MyCarFax for tracking and copy it into Excel. From there, I do my own graphs and pivot tables. As an Analyst, I love seeing data trends.
