I think if you file down the bottom corners to be flat/match the curve it would fit alot better. A heat gun on a mild setting used in the most center area would probably help it bend to a more "perfect" shape. They should've taken more time, I don't see the 600$ price tag as justified until they tinker some more.

I will double check mine again when I get home since it was the primer only version and I have not had it painted yet. Pretty sure it fit near dead on when I did the first test fit on it right after I received it.

Apologies... Just to preface... I am a rookie at installing car parts. I’m gonna attempt to install the spoiler one more time using some of the input from some of the extremely helpful forum members. I don’t want to blame GAS for a defective part when it actually could have been an installer error. I was a bit heated after my first attempt. I will update once I finish. Thanks everyone for your input!!!!

So... really took my time and watched the video... here are the results. Still not flush all around but better than earlier. It really seems as though the spoiler is soooo rigid that you just can’t press one side and hope that the double sided tape will hold. There will be slight deviations (i.e. placement of the 3m tape) but I still can’t see how that small variation can justify the gaps. I’m a bit of a perfectionist but this time I think I’ll let it slide and just deal with it. Here are some pictures. Feel free to ask questions :).

@Mister2kris Still doesn’t look right bro. I doubt this is a 2 person install but I already told you I’d be glad to help out. If not you may have to look into a replacement from GAS. I’ll show Brian these pics tomorrow when I see him.

Here’s a better picture. The middle bottom is as flush as it can be but the ends look like the picture(gap along bottom far end)...

Ok just got back from GAS what a drive lol. This is a mock install no tape or urethane, my biggest concern was the lower curved edges. They are as close to being perfect as can be. The top gaps will be closed once the tape is in place. Hope this helps out anyone with fitment concerns.
Also as a side note if you’re local GAS will be offering install for $25. They are also going to do an install video for everyone else.

Took more pics of mine the gap seems to be around the curved part but I'm pretty sure the tape will fill that in. The main areas that sit flat appear to be mostly flush and with tape should be fine and allow for the spoiler to be rather secure to the car.

I spoke with Jordan, the guy who designed the spoiler at GAS. He pretty much said explained the install the same way as the video you posted.
