Just received and test fitted the GAS spoiler :). Excellent quality and paint! Quick question.... Anybody using anything else besides the 3m two sided tape to install? Or along with the two sided tape? Not sure how easy the spoiler would be to steal, just trying to be cautious... in case I ever park in a shady neighborhood lol.
It’s good to think ahead and be cautious. I plan on using 3M Windo Weld. It will make it a permanent install.

I picked up some of this today too! Are you doing it in addition to the 3m tape provided, or solely the windo-weld? And, if so how close to the edge do you apply it :)? Without 3m.

Good question. I’m not sure if I will use both yet. I don’t plan on using the urethane that close to the edges because I don’t want it to seep out.

Patiently waiting on Amazon to deliver Windo-weld (same day shipping lol)... thinking of using the 3m tape along the whole outside of the spoiler and just beads of Windo-weld within the middle. Yea, don’t want it to seep out as well. I’ll update once it’s installed.

...not 100% satisfied. Once one side is installed, double sided tape doesn’t seem to be strong enough on the opposite side to hold it down because the curve seem to be slightly off...

Anyone else experience this issue?? I may just fill the gaps with a ton of silicone. For the price it was a bit disappointing. I’ll give Galpin a call tomorrow...

Someone on instagram was asking me for more photos of the wing so I took a bunch of photos showing the fitment. Thing fits like a glove in my opinion. Once it's color matched, it'll blend in very well. Any gaps you see in the photos will go away once pressed into place with the double sided tape that's included.

Be forewarned, there's a good amount of photos ahead.

This may be the issue i was referring to the "...gaps you see in the photo will go away once pressed in place...".
They didn't for me. I still want to give GAS the benefit of the doubt, but I cant see where I went wrong in what should be a simple install...

Honestly that post never made sense to me. Why would adding double sided tape get rid of the gap? It'd add a tad layer to it, no matter how much you compress it, right?

@Mister2kris that looks way off. Did you test mount it before applying any tape/urethane and have the same fitment problems?
Also I’m curious why you installed one side first.
