    i like the radial design, but isn't there only a small aperture about 90 degrees radially on the compressor housing side back into the impeller? if so, it seems like it might be slower to actuate than the forge part for this turbo, and the forge part doesn't use an alu vs a brass piston.

    Looks good. How much louder is it than stock? A sound comparison video of a bone stock engine vs a bone stock engine with this BPV would be cool.

    negative. my question, in short is what the benefit is over the proven TDO3/4 forge design. the forge design has variable resistance to actuation impulse via their spring sets, and uses an aluminum piston in aluminum barrel design. brass expands less than aluminum at op temps which is good for longevity but typical bad for sealing between the two chambers in the valve assembly.

    i mentioned the aperture of the outlet opening above because in a typical MHI TD03 application, this part mounts directly onto the compressor housing and the outlet is an aperture in the compressor housing from the valve to the compressor wheel is about the size and shape of the outlet aperture on the forge part. it does look like i don't understand how the TIP housing with the 4 bolt connection to the compressor housing is plumbed, and that is the source of confusion. would love to see a full diagram or some better pictures of the TIP housing to understand how it differs from the hyundai etc TD03/04 BPV/housings.

    We use an o-ring style design to ensure a leak free operation up to 75PSi. Our brass piston is a proven design element, as all of our BOV's house the brass piston. We test these at pressures over 75PSI and put these valves through thousands of actuations before they end up at your door.
