these were on my 17 si sedan. I would rate condition 9-10 I cant really find any scratches Probably because I put 3 layers of ceramic sealant on them before install. The bulbs are the best part they are philips ultinon amber led bulbs they are amazing work great and will probably last forever. Philips is my fav brand for bulbs never let me down I don't mess with ebay amazon bulbs they never work right and cause issues. I will sell the set complete package ready to install $40 shipped to lower us 48 states only via paypal with tracking and always same day shipping :) pm me for sale.
