Hey Gang,
I recently linked up with a fellow owner who is a wizard with 3D printing and we made some creations! I'm not sure if he's on the forums so I cant link him currently but take a look below at the products and let me know what you think. All feedback is appreciated!
Bumper Inlet Caps: $50 per Set. (Set includes 6 total caps)
These took about 3-4 weeks to get right but they came out incredible. You'll see in the photos how the original fitment is (in red plastic) and the following photos show my car with the Caps painted, candy red with a black stripe. All caps have hidden labels for location and easy install. Install is extremely straight forward, they are slightly lipped on the edges for the caps to "snap" on without the need for any adhesives or tapes to hold in place. I've snapped the caps on countless times so far and have never had any paint chips or defect causes. Simple part that can dramatically change the look!
Windshield Washer Cap: $30 each.
These caps also snap right into place, perfect fitment and direct replacement for Honda's BLUE caps. I've done hours of research and could never find a suitable replacement for the blue colored cap, considering my whole car has red accents, I wanted something different. We decided to go with the "R" printed on top to keep the look generic and open usability for the public.
All of these parts are easily paint-able, and any auto body or paint shop can handle the job. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask in the comments or send me a direct message. I'm happy to help! If you'd like to see more photos, please take a look at my IG page, @nw_kev.
Hope to hear from the community on feedback and thoughts. Furthermore, if you've had ideas in the past that you think might be cool for the community, lets talk about it and bring your ideas to life!
