Some guy grazed his truck into my drivers side front bumper coming from behind (since my car was at a slight angle ready to pull into traffic). My car is a 2016 Honda Civic EX-T with Honda Sensing.
Apart from the physically damaged bumper guard, the fog light broke and fell off. However, I am more concerned about drive-ability of the car, because I am seeing dashboard messages saying "Brake system not working", "Power Steering not working", as well as other Honda Sensing systems not operating. Is this expected? The car seems to be driving fine (brake & steering), although the Honda Sensing features are disabled (which I can get by without). I plan to get the car repaired very soon, but wanted to check with folks here if there is any risk w.r.t. driving the car for a few days with these messages popping up. Are there associated electronics that could have become damaged as well?
