How do you feel about people in handicap spots who aren't?

I used a card (Hang Tag) when my father was alive. He was disabled and needed a wheel chair. WWII Vet as well. I never used it when I was alone. I always parked at the back of the lot and walked the farthest to keep by baby safe. But I do see it and often check out casually walking by if I see a tag.

I had a friend with cystic fibrosis in his 30's. He looked normal and healthy, but had handicap tags. Like another poster said, not all wounds or illnesses are visible. Someone might have a bad day, and can barely walk or they get short of breath. Other days it may not be the case.
