IMPORTANT: The Race FlashPro (tested here) is not designed for public highway or street use, and is only legal for formally sanctioned race use on a racing vehicle that may never be used on a public highway or street.
Here's a driving impressions review we recently did of our 10th Gen Si at a Streets of Willow track event (California).
The Si is very agile and a huge improvement over the EXT in the handling department. The power difference is also very noticeable.
The FlashPro really bumps the Si up to a new level. It delivers awesome, reliable power gains on this new Civic Si. Being able to quickly turn it on and off with the Sport button allows you to easily compare what the car is like before and after, and how much difference it really makes.
I also can't reiterate enough how well the Hondata basemaps perform. For any given boost level, they are basically as good as getting a custom tune due to the fact that the 10th Gen Civics automatically adjust timing optimally and hit air/fuel ratio targets very well too. Of course, if you have parts that go above and beyond what the basemaps cover, then a custom tune is recommended.
