Just flashed my car. Im using the 91 octane plus intercooler and improve throttle response flash. I guess theres none with intake and intercooler together. Took it out for a test drive I guess it do feel a little faster especially in R mode. I then got the rev match error and emissions error check engine light that came on after a couple hard pulls. Came home didn’t no which codes it threw I thought we would be able to read it with hondata? I cleared it though so let’s see if it comes back again later

Yes you can read it with a flashpro. You can also read it directly through the headunit also if you have the app installed

hello,

i just installed the latest update today for my flashpro and it seems to have cleared my information under the flashpro tab. The registered owner section is all blank now (name, email, phone number) ; How do you get this to come back? It seems to preventt me from uploading a new calibration

honda hack pro'ed (now $25). i've set it up for auto "ok" click and jumped into the hondata app right after (then click to pair with fp), dock my phone, spotify comes up where it left via carplay, open escort live radar app and drive....

love it!

ps - was at a light today and snapped a shot of my gauges to show iat #2 at 96f and iat #1 at 104. air temp was 82f after a light shower. note i have turbo blanket and lava wrapped grp downpipe plus mishimoto intake. everything running like a champ on week 4 now ;-)

@ctrmofo , Do you know if I can have those gauges on my infotainment whiteout jailbreak my ECU? I have Hondata, I bought it a couple days ago, but I haven't sent yet my ECU to HONDATA. But I whish I can see the Intake Air temperature Fuel ratio , etc.

Regards.

you can see all the data from all standard PIDs if you have a compatible obd2 bluetooth dongle installed in the obd2 port. in this case the flashpro is really just a bt dongle itself when not used to flash the ecu with new calibrations. therefore, plug in the flashpro in the obd2 port after you've installed honda hack and the hondata app.

I installed the hondada app for android to the infotainment , after honda hack, When I launch the app I try to connect to hondata but it show connection failed , however I can connect trough my Cellphone Hondata app, What could be the cause? I have the hondata device next to the pedals, but i believe the range should be enough? I least a have my cellphone in the same location of the head unit.

try turning off car, unplug the hondata obd2 connector, restart car, plug the connector back in. head unit may not be picking up the bt signal.

tested dashcommand (eval verison) and torque lite with hondata fp. both found and connected with fp's bt signal quickly. there's a slight delay of course after the connection is made before the readings show up.

both work and just need to play with settings more. they each have their special features, gauges, and skins...all of which are customizable.

i like the fighter jet style skin with customizable gauges and background pic of torque lite (first pic and video), but dashcommand has a more usable dash style. they both can show a lot of information including "race track" mode which shows you a particular track you're on using the car's built-in gps.

i think i'll buy the dashcommand full version for $4.95...

i ended up deleting all those apps since i found them too busy. i like to keep things simple and like the hondata apps.

We have had CARB pending items in the works with CARB for a long time - 8 months or so. The way CARB works is if you test and certify one vehicle you may be able to piggyback other vehicles on the same test depending on the emission level of each engine and the modifications. At this point we don't know if the FK8 will go through with the other vehicle (Accord 2.0T). In any case, if we did try to do the FK8 by itself CARB would look at our products and want us to do the Accord rather than the FK8 as it has lower emissions. So we have to wait and see.

If I want to do something like this with Tuner view from KTuner...

But without any Hondata or KTuner product,
What sort of dongle do you recommend?
