Great review!

Quick question when you're referring to 265/35 and 255/35 are you referring them to 18inch rims? Reason I ask is because I'm also lowered on swifts but I have some new rims coming in (18x9.5 +44) and was planning on going the 255/35/18 tire route to prevent any rubbing but base on your experience you're saying it'll still rub and that I should go 245/40/18? Please clarify, thank you!!
He’s running 42 I think. If your going to run 44 you just might be able to do 255!

If you go with 255/40 you'll be the guinea pig for everyone here awaiting your findings. For you not to rub and 245/40/18 is the safe bet. I will always share my findings unreserved as people dm me on social media. I hate resellers saying something will work properly but in reality, it won't. If you do go that route please share your experiences.

I have swift springs on 18x9.5 +45 w/ 265/35/18 azenis and have experienced zero rub even with ppl in the back. Cornering or not. I dialed back the rear camber with spc camber arms. Without the camber arms, the camber was at like -2.3.

Front camber at -1.7 (front pin removed)
Rear camber at -2.1 (spc camber arms)

A 3mm difference (+42) might make it rub but I don't think a 1mm difference (+44) would make it rub but idk. No pictures of the front cause i have a lot of clearance.

As for the harsh feel...yes, I do, as well as another owner (Jimmy Bui). It's mainly felt with the factory wheels. It's so bad that when I was on the high way, there was a bump I usually was okay with on factory springs. When I went over it, it felt like the bumps stop was hit or like I said, the springs smash against each other on the top...so bad that it popped the front speaker out (the on in the middle of the dash).
Rode in (and drove) Jimmy's car today. I've never been in a stock CTR, but the ride seemed pretty pleasant to me lol. Im coming from a 2016 WRX on RCE Yellow springs, but the car definitely felt like a Caddy in comparison. He was on stock wheels with all-seasons however. I hear the stock Conti's make the ride much harsher.

yeah, the factory tires are pretty tough, great for performance, but daily around here isn't so great imo...hurts the a$$ lol

So he wasn't on his Volks? When he met up with me he had the white 18" volks on.

It's not too bad when you're on 18s.

I've yet to install my spoon springs, maybe in a couple weeks I'll have time...or I'll just go on Fort Meade and see if I can use their garage on base to do it.

Read a few pages back and haven't seen this mentioned, but has anyone else gone from Eibach's Prokit to their new Sportline and notice a drastic difference?

Im leaning towards Swifts for appearance, but I feel Sportlines offer better perfomance.
I remember a few liked the sportline more that came from prokit...they were comparing them both to their track days and of course like the sportlines more...not sure of the spring rate on sportlines, but here's swifts:

Spring Rate Front: - 6.3 kg/mm
Spring Rate Rear: - 7.4 kg/mm

you probably will.

I'm kicking myself in the butt for not buying a house with a garage (didn't think we'd stay here in MD that long).
We have a huge covered parking area connected to our house, but it's too cold and windy still

With the rims I have coming in at 18x9.5 +44 I don't think I wanna go that route of 255/40. I was considering 255/35/18 and praying it won't rub, but might consider 245/40/18 but that seems like its going to be a meaty look. I'll have to test this out! Thanks!

No rubbing with 265/35/18? that's a first I've heard without any fender mods, I might have to consider getting the spc camber arms just to eliminate the rubbing.

i'm on a 9.5 +45. I don't think anyone has issues rubbing on a +45 offset. I even dialed back some negative camber i gained on the rear with the camber arms. I even have carried passengers in the rear.

just imagine 1mm more spaced out on the pictures i posted with your 9.5 +44. That should have no issues clearing imo. Although, some tires do run wider than others so keep that in mind.

What tires are you running? I'm planning on going with Mich PS4S, what do you think?

I am running RT-615K+ in 265/35/18.

I think the PS4S might run just a tad wider than the RT-615s but idk. I'd like to say it'd clear based on what I am seeing on my own car cause 44 offset is pretty conservative but don't quote me on it ...

I just had my Spoon springs installed yesterday and I really like how it sits now. Pretty much even drop front/rear and the ride is about the same as stock just a tad stiffer. Strangely enough though, I’ve noticed the steering feels a little “loose” or less direct now, even in +R mode. Anyone else experience this after installing their springs? Maybe I just need an alignment but I’m not having any issues such as pulling to one side or the other. Here’s some pics:
