We just got 10+ inches of snow here and I haven't had a chance to drive with it yet. I'll let you know when I do.Do you feel any difference with the inlet? sound wise? performance wise?
With a wobbly and a couple of extensions the job is a piece of cake.I'm not looking forward to replacing with the new inlet pipe, the A/C hose was in the way when it came to removing one of the two bolts securing it to the turbo flange... Putting it back together is harder then taking it apart as well!
Did you have issues with the AC pipe/hose running right in the line of the lower bolt for the intake pipe. on mine it was a pain in the ass, managed to get it off in the end, but wasn't just that easy as piece of cake, even disconnected the turbo actuator DT connector to find that bit more wriggle room...With a wobbly and a couple of extensions the job is a piece of cake.
Oh ok. Yea man temps are dropping quick. Im installing my A/S tires tomorrow. We just got 10+ inches of snow here and I haven't had a chance to drive with it yet. I'll let you know when I do.
I lightly taped the bolt to my socket so it wouldn't fall off when getting it in position lol. Didn't have a magnetic tip. Getting that black piece to stay on was the really annoying part for me.I'm not looking forward to replacing with the new inlet pipe, the A/C hose was in the way when it came to removing one of the two bolts securing it to the turbo flange... Putting it back together is harder then taking it apart as well!
