Envelope symbol in infotainment center

Does anyone know what the envelope symbol stands for? I'm assuming it's a message for something. It's not connected to any phone and I've tried a hard reboot and it still remains. I couldn't find anything in the owners manual?

Swipe down from the top of the screen and it'll pull up the messages center - indicates a notification. It's likely the oil change notification that's being discussed in a recent thread.

How do you clear these alerts? Had low pressure tire. But put air in tire but the little envelope keeps popping up

I thought that was a notification that you received a text or email when your phone is paired to the car

Just had the same issue. You need to open settings in swipe-down android menu, choose apps, open teledata or something like that and select clear cache. That does it.
