Engine fuse box item what is this?

can anyone tell me what this is? I can’t find the part number on any Honda website. I only ask because I was curious about it and tried to pull it out but the wires are to short to do so.

I thought one of those relays were the ignition fuse since I cant find a single one that's a 30 amp.
