Do your window wipes in your drivers and passengers doors hold moisture for days?

I've noticed this as I can roll down and roll up the windows and they will be wet.
Happens days after the car is in rain, washed, etc.
Not a big deal, but the temp swings wildly where I live, and have had the windows freeze up a couple of times.

I have had my Civic for about 6 weeks now. I will pay attention to this next time I drive it. So far I have not noticed anything like you said but that could be because I have not looked closely.
