Yes, to stiffen the rear of the car aiming directly at the two tower struts that are hidden inside the metal frame. You can find the exact rear strut bar from Cusco and Ultra Racing for about $180. Their construction/design is very similar to what I have put together. Just trying to save everyone some $.
