There is custom fit dashcam out there. Including 360 view etc. At night it will start recording if it detects movement .

Want to get one myself.

When someone installs one can they document and provide us all directions for hard wiring it?

Y'all are spending way too much on dash cams. A Dash cam doesn't need to be GoPro quality; it's not for Hollywood. This is what I have: SpyTec A119 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01HMZVYLY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_UNOGzbZVEPBSG

Quality is good. Uses a capacitor instead of a battery so hot temps aren't a problem. You can pay extra for a GPS attachment. Attaches to an adhesive mount on the windshield, which I prefer to suction cups. The USB charging cable they include has plenty of length to run from the windshield, across the top, down the pillar, under the glove compartment and into the power. I'm sure you could install to the fuse box if you wanted but I didn't worry about it. Make sure to use a Class 10 micro SD card.

Wonder how hard it will be to run the cabling for a 2 channel.
I have the blackvue dr650 2 channel. Running cable is not that bad. Took about 30 mins. KEEP IN MIND that having a 20% tinted window is the maximum or else your back camera is useless.

Well on to a different dash cam, the one I posted is not what I was looking for. It shuts off after recording 30 sec. I had to touch the screen to get the picture back up and it would start the recording over again. Sent it back. Think I'm going to check out a blackvue instead.
