I have the 2016 Civic EX-T (so it's CVT), no Honda Sensing. This happens a few times in the past. When I accelerate a bit more than usual, I hear and feel a rattling noise from my engine. I've felt it at different speeds, from about 30mph up to 40mph, and then even at 40mph and up. It happens for a few quick seconds that I don't get to check my RPM.

During two distinct times, I was accelerating in to a turn and it rattled on the freeway. Another time the freeway was a straightaway and it rattled at 35/40mph.

Has anyone else have this problem? Help! My warranty is ending in a few weeks. I've already mentioned this to the dealer when I go in for service, but they can't replicate. Thanks!

My first guess would be that the engine shield underneath is loose. I expect that would be of a 'clanging' rather than a rattle, though.
