I live in a very hot and humid location. In the morning, before the car is warm, it runs kinda funky with a little cutting out at low revs with the A/C on. I noticed similar, but not as dramatic, behavior in my '18 Si.

After just 2-3 minutes it runs fine, even bogging it slightly. Does anyone else experience this?

Surely that's back to a dealer mate. They test these cars in the artic and the dessert to make sure they don't do this

I live in South, FL and just filled up again on Shell 93. I started the car up this morning and put the a/c on immediately. Car ran like a dream. I suggest you go to the dealer asap. Something is wrong.

Get to a dealer. That is not normal. I live in NJ. We get hot and humid summers and car burying snowstorms. Never experienced anything like you are describing.
