That cusco mount uses 90A stiffness bushing with an aluminum body, most of the NVH is going to be just from that.

None at all. You just need 2 pcs of the OEM M12 bolt to mount the front part of the brace to the subframe, the rear part re uses the stock bolts from the frame.

You need to remove the engine plastic underpanel to have access to the subframe install the cusco cross brace, then re install the underpanel.
