Cup Holder upgrade for 2019 - Does this include the entire console?

This article suggests that in writing the cup holders were announced by Honda but not in the picture? The mid console design is really weak (I used to own a 2018 EX-T) ... Are there any credible pictures of what we are to be expecting for 2019? it doesnt get any bigger than the hatchback giant cup holder. i put a 84oz in there and still had room.

Here you go....there is also a center armrest upgrade and optional illumination available.

damn that center console with the illumination looks sweet, if that is actually an option i may have to upgrade my 17 center console to that when i do the swap for leather arm rests

College Hill has the center armrests with the illumination, only issue is it says it excludes the SPORT and SI models. hopefully that is a typo because im for sure ordering on of those

On the Canadian site, the 2019 Si accessories list for both sedan and coupe, has the illuminated leather center armrest. Actually every trim comes with this option. $777cdn for the entire red illumination package

My upgraded armrest (08U89-TXM-110) arrive today. The illumination kit (08E16-TBA-100A) is available to order. Will order the illumination kit later once I figure out and I'm comfortable with the install.

The low without light is the standard armrest. The higher with the lights is the upgrade. Comes in black or tan leather.

Thanks. Both are upgrades compared to the junk Honda gave us in the first place. I'm probably going for the lower leather armrest for mine. But that higher one with light looks real nice

Where did you order yours from and what was the cost on just the armrest itself? I have always felt the armrest it a little lower than I would like and this looks super comfy compared to the original one.

Completed the look today.... Armrest with illumination upgrade installed... Lights up when door is open.
