Since only toe is adjustable...do we need fancy alignments? Or should a cheap "toe and go" type alignment work?

Just wondering if a mechanic is bullshitting me on how hard an alignment is on a CTR.

Alignments should be rather easy on the CTR.... my guy does it in 15 minutes

Yup, same here when I took it in. Under 30 minutes and that was only because I was adding camber as well (removed the factory alignment pins).

$80-90 for a custom 4 wheel alignment at a local race shop. Pretty good deal.

That's for a full alignment though, right?

Just wondering if I should be looking for a better deal than $100 for an alignment if they're just checking and setting toe.

That was their price for a full alignment, but all there really is to do on these cars is set toe (at least stock). I also removed the strut pins beforehand so I had them do camber and toe.
