I see similar numbers. Stock and tuned.
Keep in mind also that Dynos had different configurations even if they are of the same type (mustang, dynojet, hub).
Also to make it even more difficult. Two stock Civic SI tested on the same dyno will not produce an exact dyno graph. There will be variances as you can clearly see.

You should be looking at gains over baseline, not the peak numbers.
Some dynos read closer to crank HP/TQ while others subtract 20% or more.
