I have tried 2 different LED bulbs in my foglights and both have built up condensation inside the housing. OEM never did this. I am going to try and put the rubber seals from factory bulbs onto the LEDS to see if it corrects it. Is this caused from the LED not burning hot enough to burn the water off? or is it strictly the bulb seal? any suggestions??

This most likely caused by the seal as you've stated being either not 'thick' enough or too far off from where the 3 tabs lock into the headlight housing.

I use Car Lighting District's LED conversion kits on all of my vehicles and installs and they are fantastic. Everything fits like OEM and does not create condensation or water build up in the lens due to fitment issues.
