There are no leaks. It happened before and after the CDV removal

I have also a brand new slave cylinder and the problem persists.

leaning towards the census, clutch issues.

But strange that removing the delay valve helped for a short time.

Do you think the OEM clutch + dual mass will support the PRL Turbo kit power increase?

My workshop is installing the catless downpipe tomorrow
Let’s see if this fixes the issue or not, but if not, I’m thinking on reinstall the OEM clutch

Definitely not. You also need a tune for the prl turbo kit as I don't believe it's safe with stock basemap

No, you do not want to use the stock clutch again.

So problem persists after changing the downpipe.
I’m starting to think that the problem is on the clutch itself, yeah, you touch the slave cylinder and is very hot, but i dont think is the issue.

Can it be possible to mount the dual mass flywheel with a softer clutch like fx200 or even fx100 everything together with the prl turbo kit?

Don't be cheap on clutch and just get a Eman's Type R Retrofitted Clutch/flywheel. How to contact him well you can find him on FB and message him which is what he prefers.

I would definitely avoid Clutchmasters going forwards. Eman's Type R Retro is a great option but you may have to wait a bit, they are made to order. @k20z3allmotor here and Instagram

I’ve sent him an email. Let’s see how is it going, but if I can’t fix it, I’ll definitely remove the kit and let the engine OEM

The strange thing is after bleeding the slave cylinder the issue disapears for a short period of time. What I think and it make sense is the clutchmasters lets nearly 0 space (specultion here) between the flywheel and the clutch itself and it's out of the slave cylinder tolerances. The slave cylinder doens't work perfect on all conditions but it's not a problem if the clutch is in the tolerance range (too thick). What do you think?

Do you think the fx400 6 puck will fix my issue?
I think the problem is not related with the fluid, I think is related with the clutch itself

i see PRL and 27won are installig the fx400 6puck on their cars with no issues

I think your problem is that your using clutchmasters in the first place lol

Is there any other better options for this platform that's not them?

Type R retrofit kit seems like a good way to go. Smoothness and lots of torque supported but for us europeans, that option gets very pricey.
