I put d2 coils on my car. It's basically slammed but the there's a really bad clacking noise in the rear, sounds like it's coming from the middle. When I adjusted the coils and raised the suspension the noise went away.. as soon as I lowered it again the noise came back a couple days later. It goes away at speeds higher than 40mph, but at low speeds the noise is Terrible

Completely unrelated, but are those OEM lugnuts on your wheels?
Most aftermarket wheels use conical-seat lugnuts and OEM lugnuts are not holding them properly, and is a big safety hazard.

Unless of course you did your homework, in which case I apologize.

As for clanking, suspension noise is one of the many joys of owning a lowered car lol. Make sure your tires aren't rubbing the fenders or the suspension parts, nor that any hoses/brake lines are loose. Easiest option would be to record something and contact manufacturer directly as well.

thats teh first thing i notice on the picture... you need tuner lugs for those wheels to get them to seat properly.

You're sure it's not rubbing on fender?

It could also be any of the mounting points. Did you get an alignment done after suspension settled?

figured it out, it was a metal plate that was rubbing the muffler area
