Believe it or not VTEC isn't there for the sound or feel. It's not for a kick point, it's for the best and smoothest power delivery between the two cam profiles. Lower than that produces a hole in power, higher than that produces a hole in power.not enough kick point.....imo.....

It is that form of VTEC, where the cam profiles change, but at the optimal points it makes smooth power. You can still clearly hear the switch over!hmmm very interesting on that part of vtec on this platform

Ive been running the tune for a couple months now and my fuel economy has stayed pretty much the same. The only think that would really hurt your fuel economy is driving the car a little more agressively because the tune makes you want to do that. I certainly wouldn't about taking a hit to fuel econ because of this tune.yeah curious how it affects fuel econ
