Civic Type R Prototype shows in Montreal

The Type R was at the Montreal Auto Show and there are a lot of good pictures of the interior. One of the first thing I will be upgrading is the sound system, and it looks like the Type R will have 10 or 11 (including the subwoofer) speakers if there aren't any changes to the production model. You can see tweeters in each door as well as speakers at the bottom of each door. Then there are two in the C-pillars much like the Sport Touring except no center channel.

Perfect finally a clear shot of the identical tire size! 245/30/20... Can equal those by downsizing to 245/35/19 instead better tire choices!

Maybe I'm over thinking it, but I don't see a front mount intercooler behind the lower grill. Think they moved it up top under the scoop or maybe I'm just not seeing it because of the lighting? Hmm.

I can't see it either but those pics are kind of dark so it's hard to see.

Some are speculating a top mounted intercooler so maybe that's where it is.

I hope they stick with a FMI and that the scoop is just there to channel heat away from the engine bay. Probably just the lighting as I think I recall seeing a FMI on other shots of the Prototype. Sure can't see it here, though.
