I finally took pictures of my winter wheels and tires. They are 19x8 Enkei Tuning Raijin and 245/35ZR-19 Continental Extreme Contact DWS 06. These are the same wheels rey2300 has and posted on here. His post helped me make my decision on wheels. So a big thank you to him. I’d also like to thank Thawk as he 3 D printed rings to fit on the Honda center caps in order to fit in the Enkei wheels. The Honda center caps are slightly smaller and needed these rings to fit. The wheels and tires were ordered from Tire Rack. The Honda center caps are OEM and ordered from an eBay seller. Disregard my license plates as I know my CTR is not AWD. These plates were on my Honda Pilot. TYP3 R plates have been ordered and are on the way. TYPE R was already taken.

Threw on my "colder months" setup on Saturday.

Wheels: Advanti DST HY Hybris ····· 19 x 8.5, ET35, 5 x 120mm, 21.0 lbs, black painted (gloss)

Tires: UHP Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+ ····· 245/35ZR19 XL, 93Y, 500 AA A

The Brembo clearance is plenty, so no worries there and the wheel/tire assembly is pretty close to flush with the fender, which I like. I think the extra bit of meat and the tread pattern on these tires make this setup look meaner and I also like the extra void space at the inner area of the wheel when comparing it to the OEM 20's. In the side by side angle shot, I'm just trying to show where the top of the wheel/tire assembly sits with respect to the fender. I realize this pattern is extremely similar, but I'm okay with that.

Pics of the new setup plus a couple of the old for comparison. I didn't physically try to fit the Honda center cap in, but I did measure it and the Advanti cap is 2mm smaller in diameter, so I don't think it would work. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask and I'll do my best to answer or provide more pics. :)

The car we did 255 M SS on it, but basically anything from a 245-255 will have no rubbing issues. If you go to an even wider tire, like a 265, particularly a Michelin SS which runs wide anyways, you will get a bit of fender rub when hitting bumps.

245-255 is safe on this application.

Here's my setup. Volk Racing ZE40s in Bronze. 18x9.5+40 with 265/35/18 Michelin Pilot Supersport. Lowered on eibach springs.

No rubbing issues?
I get a slight rub but only when hitting a harsh dip on the road in comfort mode nothing big or major enough to cut into the tire thread or destroy the fenders. But that’s at stock height. Other then that no rubbing issues under heavy breaking, hard turning, and turning forward and reverse at full lock. Not sure if the people dropped on eibachs are having rubbing issues with the 265s nothing a little camber kit can’t fix.

265 with the car lowered could introduce some rub over bumps etc when heavily loaded or big bumps. Depends on Wheel offset of course, but yes could be a minimal amount of rub.
