Mounted some Enkei TS-V in 18x9.5 with Michelin ps4s 265/35/18 tires. I’m lowered on Eibachs. Love the difference in the stance of the car and the car has become much more nimble. I will post a review after my first track day. I should probably post some better pics too. These ones suck lol

American Racing AR924 18x8.5 ET50 (essentially an 18" version of the MR924s on Tire Rack)

So I've been looking for an 18" wheel in the same 8.5" width as OEM, in black (245's are a perfect width for me). Found a couple beautiful options priced more than I wanted to spend (Rays), others in the wrong color, some with the wrong offset, or wrong width, or a combination.

Finally found these AR924's and although they're 5x4.75 bolt pattern, I decided to buy one for a test fit (link below). I was surprised fit and finish was great for the $165 price point, but more importantly it fit as if it was designed for the FK8; no rubbing bolts, plenty of caliper clearance, and no bolt stress as far as I could tell. So I ordered three more. Bonus points: when they were being mounted we discovered that the OEM "H" caps fit perfectly!

As well as the wheels seemed to fit, I feel that the lug kit is key to this setup: McGard 14x1.5 spline drive in black with floating cone seats. Although they're not actual 'wobble'bolts,' the seats have enough play that they seem to compensate for any fraction of a mm that the difference in 5x120 and 5x4.75 may introduce. All that and they look great, and the quality is evident (I've read that McGard is an OEM supplier of wheel locks, fwiw).

Finally, these appear to be an 18" version of the Motegi MR924's, apparently sourced by Tire Rack specifically for the FK8. American and Motegi Racing share the same parent company, Wheel Pros, so it stands to reason they're form the same Chinese source, not to mention they model numbers are the same.

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0796LCTB9/ (note: the bolt pattern is wrong on Amazon; it says 5x70mm (70mm's actually the bore). I emailed the seller and he confirmed its 5x4.75, but didn't update the listing)

Thanks again for the info. One further question, if the bore is 70mm did you use centering rings?

Not yet...if I get a vibration I can always add them later. The lugs and wheel seats are both 60 degree conical, and as far as I can tell so far that's enough to keep everything centered.

Looks great! How much of a size difference is there between your new setup and the stocks?
Thanks man. Well they are much wider than the stocks. But the total circumference of the wheel is pretty close to stock. If i would have went with a 265/40 it would have been spot on. I haven't noticed much of a difference.

Looking good!

Best budget wheels for the CTR (at close to OE offset) if they don't cause bolt stress as confirmed by you. Thanks for letting us know. It's always good to have another decent wallet-friendly wheel for the CTR.

Thanks. Honestly, I feel like I lost a little initial turn in, but gained more mid-corner grip because of the stiffer sidewall (which makes sense). The tires are Michelin's premier all-seasons though, so I'm also factoring that.

It's really surreal, +R feels a bit more like Sport mode on the stock wheels and tires, very tolerable.
