yeah a friend of mine runs some toyos with a 35 offset and even with his camber it's so close I can't imagine it clearing without any modifications to the front or the rear.

it's unfortunate that it kinda died. I still do hop back on there every once in a while to check. I do miss the S2000 at times but I don't at times lol.
S2Ki member here too. For a loooooooooong time. You don’t want to know...

The fronts are just as flush. If you hit a dip in the road hard enough it rubs at stock height. Definitely rubs like crazy at the track. There’s a little metal tab closest to the front side markers. You’ll want to bend that upwards. The rear flares can trim little bit to clear. Lowering the car will most likely rub without trimming or rolling fenders with that tire width. There’s aftermarket camber plates and rear arms to dial in more camber if you don’t want to roll or trim anything. My track set is 275/35s 18x9.5 et45 tho and they clear perfectly all around.
To contrast this, I’m running et40s and run 265/35 General RS tires. They must be a mm or two in the clear because I can bottom out without any rubbing. I’ve mentioned before that if 265/275 tires are what you want there isn’t much room to play.

Granted this is stock height and no trimming.

I believe the best size for functionality and looks might be et 42 or 43. Just enough to fit 275 (maybe) but perfect for 265. Looks would be flush at almost any angle, more dependent on the tire design.

Will say that for pure track duty looks are not even a consideration. I’d just want the best size to stuff the most tire up in there. I’m sure it matters less for those that are gutted and corner balanced but not those that have to deal with a full interior and without having top tier Coilovers (Penske/Moton/Öhlins).

Searching around and found this...if that really is on stock height, I'm getting even more ready to take these lowering springs off lol. That doesn't look bad at all.

Folks have commented that my car look almost lowered with this size and have to ask.
