Meanwhile, a guy with a 2017 golf r with stage 2 tune and boltons consistently ran 11.5-11.7. Impressive!!!

Hey guys! Been gone for a while. Please let me know when you'll be out to Cecil again. I don't have a Type R but a lowly 2018 CVT but would like to witness the Type R's do their thing. I haven't raced my Civic at Cecil since last November. Was ready to go last Friday but they closed due to being too cold.

Tomorrow looks to be rainy but I will be able to make it out next Wednesday and/or next Friday. I have a homemade intake I want to test out vs the PRL Race Cobra CAI. Would be glad to join you guys.

Nice runs btw! Ya'll trap speeds are BRUTAL.

BTW: In case you didn't know, Wednesdays are usually the best day to test and tune. Not many cars are there and you can run your car until you are sick and tired of it. Fridays usually crowded and/or more spillage on the track.

Went right over my head and I'm 50! Lol

I take somewhat fast and good looks over butt ugly. The interior is ok, but the car is very ugly.

It’s getting cool out. I know this isn’t a drag car, but has anyone else run lately?

I would expect these to be trapping in the 112-113mph range with a tune and 50-75hp gains. But all the tuned ones trap like 107-108, pretty much the same as stock. What gives?

First time out tonight. Only an 1/8 track. 88 degrees, full tank, no air taken out of the tires. Glad to see it was busy though. This track was impacted by the flood here last year.
