Civic Touring VS Accord Sport with Honda Sensing

I am planning to buy a used 2016 car, I am confused between Civic Touring and Accord Sport. I am getting the civic with 10k kms for $25000 and 2016 Accord Sport with 38000 kms for $26000. I was also wondering after the launch of 2018 Accord, the resale value of 2016 Accord might go down. Here in Canada, Accord Sport comes with Honda Sensing, Android Auto/Carplay, Sunroof etc.

The Canadian specs seem to be much better than what's sold here in the States. I would think that they are pretty much evenly equipped, and comparably sized. It's really just a different engine. NA vs Turbo. I would go civic for having more usable power in the lower RPMs. Just my opinion.
