The civic si and regular have the same manual transmission, but everything from the
shift knob down to the transmission is different, giving the civic si a better shift feel. What does is mean?Anybody know the difference?

I will admit your question does not make total sense to me. Is there a year of car you are comparing? Perhaps different countries? What do you mean by regular? Are you trying to compare the Sport trim and the Si trim?

Yes, I mean all the 10th gen 6mt civic except
the si.To me I fell like the si have a really good 6mt.The ext 6mt and sport 6mt shifts almost the same, not good as the si.They all 6mt and what is the difference?I am curious.

The Si has a shorter throw shifter, narrower shift gates via a different rocker arm, and stiffer (thicker?) Shift cables to give it a more direct shifting feel. There may be more changes I am unaware of.

Also a nicer shift knob.

Si has a limited slip differential, better shifter base bushings also. Different ratios as well.

The mt on the 1.5 is different than the mt on the 2.0... cannot be swapped, and 1.5 si is only 1.5 that comes lsd.

I stand corrected I think. Both the si and 2.0 have different part numbers as an assembly... but share the same casing... possibly means an si lsd will fit in lx, ex, and sport, and even the accords!
