There are adapters to go from 5x114.3 to 5x120 but looking at the pics, the wheels look more like copies of the Type R wheel.

If you do stop by there, check to see if the wheels are OEM or aftermarket. Not saying OEM would justify the nearly $10K markup... But for that price, the wheels better be OEM plus they needed to add the Type R steering wheel, too. And they definitely need to add a tune and other go-fast bits.

Two dead giveaways is the lack of hood vent and widebody fenders. If you're going to fake it, you need a lot more than the wing and wheels. I am surprised they didn't stick some ebay fender vents on it

The wheels dont look OEM but I will be sure to confirm. And i highly doubt they added any kind of power to it. I can wait to hear the sales pitch for it

This reminds me of when I bought my DC2 Integra Type R. There was one real ITR and one "fake" ITR (a GS-R) at the dealer. The fake one was decked out in thousands in Comptech accessories, a popular tuner company. ITR look wing, exhaust, lowering springs, wheels, etc. No engine mods though. It cost more than my ITR. As I was taking delivery of my car, a kid was in the process of buying the fake one. I should have warned him.

If you actually view the listing the other photos for the red one they show the car stock...wonder if the car is actually stock or modded in person.
