My 2017 civic si is about 2 weeks old and I just started to notice patterned circular white spots on the rear windshield? Is this normal?

Yikes! Definitely not normal. Is the Window tinted? If not I would have that looked into by the dealership.

The picture was just an example of what is looks like and no everything is still stock. I just saw it after I washed the car for the first time. Some people say those spots are usually seen with polarized sunglasses and they are pressure points in the glass.

Actually... that is normal tempering process.

You'll notice the US Sedan/Coupe models (including Accord) have very similar patterns, but more LINE type rather than CIRCLE type.
I asked an expert and they said nothing to worry about.

You'll notice it more during early morning/evening... and also when you put sunglasses on.

Hatchback glass is make in UK (not US).

Oh... if you tint your windows... it doesn't stick out as badly. :)

No, it's definitely normal. Differences in the humidity/temp of the inside of the car versus the humidity/temp on the outside of the car cause the tempering to show more, and you might see it even more with polarized glasses.

Do you believe if you add tint to the back rear window, will it be an issue or in the long run will it bubble?
