I would think that L/100km made the most sense tho. Thats what we use in Australia.

The change knob they're mentioning is actually the trip odo reset knob.
And the fuel consumption also toggles between mpg and L/100km.

This is well know by OP and most of us . It is not Km/ L as he askOn my recent trip to Canada I struggled with this as well, until I gave up trying to figure it out and searched online.
