So I found this about an hour after the dealer did my recall oil change, but didn’t take pictures of the car prior to handing them the keys This will be my first time using a touch up pen and wanted some advice on how.
Question 1: Do I attempt to sand the ribbed plastic smooth before applying first coat?
Question 2: How do I go about getting rid of the build up of paint in the corner? Knife? Sand it?
Question 3: Should I do this myself and possibly make it worse or pay someone?
I don’t know how this could’ve possibly happened, the red lip sticks out further than the white it’s a mystery how it doesn’t have any damage as well.
Thanks for any input and help in advance!
