Hello fellow enthusiasts,

I have some composite solutions to this issue. I am the Director of HP Motorsports that was only born on 5/24/19. I welcome all who want to be involved and there will be an early bird price for everything we produce. I am connected with the highest quality composite company using a proprietary method of carbon and hybrid layouts. The first inserts will be RED KEVLAR/CARBON WEAVE. I will post a picture tomorrow and can customize the cutouts for directive airflow.

We will also be using the incredible tech advancements of HP 3D printing to make more products soon. PM me if you want to be apart of it.

Get friendly with cars :)

***** UPDATE ****

Here is the breakdown...

These are one off handmade pieces like a carved statue and as such each one is slightly unique, they will be customized to your personality/requests and they are very labor intensive! I will start with a new factory piece and customize your choice of carbon fiber insert with whatever type of vent that you want. I AM OPEN to trade talks/business negotiations.

The front custom pair are $1000 and the rear pair are $850.
The Whole car will be $1600.

Options/Variables :drive:
You send me your stock pieces? $85 less per piece.
No vents? $75 less per piece.
If you are creatively artistic and have a LOT OF TIME and TOOLS and PATIENCE and are willing to DIY the project, I will work with you to create a customized kit for your needs including tutorial, after sale support and your custom carbon fiber insert for $120 per grille insert.

Hug your Honda, remove the ugly fake crap

I am thinking about cutting slots into the vent design but ALL input is welcome.

Color looks dope and seems to flow nicely with the white. I think after the first design is made more ideas will be start to flow. looking forward to seeing the outcome:headbang:

Maybe some slots with some black/white/color matched mesh behind it. Or a design for a sequential turn signal... Just a couple different ideas. The rising sun idea needs a little touch to work. I am excited for these things to go away. Even a flat piece of carbon fiber will be better than these stupid fake vents with naked sensor mount locations.

Okay I figured some things out and it took me almost a week. I'm going to be posting some pictures as soon as I get on my computer.
I really like the result!

OK Friends...
The prototype is done. I now realize it is best to match the the body lines of the lower center grille. I will have better pics after getting out in the sun today and I will be attacking the rear the morning. (that's what she said :)

I assume the second cut out hole is for the horn sound? I think it would look 1000 times bettter if you made the horn area solid also, and then drill evenly spaced holes for the horn. Make a Rectangular pattern of holes. Like 6 or 8 holes. The current cutout seems rather large and likely doesn’t help the aero dynamics. Kind of sucks you can see so much of the behind the bumper “guts” of the car, too.

This is a cool application and looks better than I could’ve imagined. I think just doing something a bit more creative with the gaping hole and you’d have
